The pros of using this brand is that there is definitely someone out there who can answer your questions because the brand is so widely used and well-known. The Van Gogh brand of oil paints is a Dutch-made line that takes traditional painting techniques and methods seriously. Koh i Noor produces oil paints. Sadly, Stevenson closed all production in August of 2018. With good consistency and a reasonable price, these paints are ideal for students looking to save on supplies.
